  • Hashpa’ah (הַשְׁפָּעָה), known as “Spiritual Direction,” is the practice of spiritual encounter where you explore your relationship to the Sacred. Together we engage in sacred listening to meet your inner space and your inner voice to discover your living relationship to Spirit and what matters to you.

    I deploy a wide range of practices to help you deepen your relationship with God, Judaism, and your own soul, such as:

    • Meditation and Mindfulness practice

    • Learning and practicing prayer

    • Text Study (e.g. Torah, Chasidut, Jewish mysticism)

    • Niggunim (wordless melodies)

    • Grounding, embodiment practice, and energy awareness

    • Sacred Conversation

    People come to Hashpa’ah because something is calling you — perhaps a yearning, a void, or some new emergence.

  • Nature Connection Mentoring assumes that we thrive when we are authentically connected to nature, people, and our own essence. Are you exhausted from feeling disconnected from the most meaningful aspects of life? This journey guides you to develop your direct relationship to nature, the Sacred, and ultimately your true self.

    I deploy a wide range of practices to help you deepen your relationship to nature, Spirit, and yourself, such as:

    • Hitbodedut (“giving yourself solitude”)

    • Sensory Meditation & nature-based mindfulness tools

    • Ancestral skills (e.g., sacred fire tending)

    • Bird Language

    • Native plants for medicine and wild foods

    • Nature-centered Jewish text study and story

    • Nature-based challenges that expand your horizons

  • Ceremony helps us connect with energies beyond our daily experience, release unhelpful patterns, gain needed insight, and cultivate our wholeness.

    I offer a variety of ceremonial opportunities that I customize for your healing needs, including:

    Sacred Fire: Sacred fire provides a potent portal for releasing outdated energies, making offerings to Spirit, praying for help, and connecting to our ancestors.

    Mikveh: Ritual immersion in living water provides a potent way to cleanse unwanted energy and mark important life thresholds.

    Wilderness Solo: Hitbodedut (“embracing solitude”) is one of the most ancient Jewish rites. Like our ancestors, in wild solitude we can connect directly to the earth and Source, heal wounds, recover wildness, and find new direction.
